Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton

The Church in the United States celebrates the memorial of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton! Truly she is a saint for our time, having been canonized by Pope Paul VI in 1975. She is known for establishing the first Catholic School in Baltimore. Being the pastor with a Catholic School, I look to Saint Elizabeth as an example and intercessor. We are called: priests, religious, teachers, catechists, and parents to pass on the faith to our young people! We all have a responsibility and we pray for the grace to live out this ministry to the fullest! Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton, Pray for Us!!!
